Ha Long bay tour, too much drama

点评：Ha Long bay tour, we book thru hotel staff. We ended up pay US$ 50,00 for a tour which cost only US$ 36,00 in klook app.
Better buy any tour from online App, and ensure you are staying in old quarter area.
It is very complicated during pick up. They can not pick us up from hotel due to traffic jam in morning hours, We must walk almost 1 km to get to nearest pick up point.
Bus driver was having very strict face and no-speaking at all.
Long story short, the pick up process almost take 2 to 3 hours it self. The tour actually start at 12:30 from the boat. Can you imagine we must wake up early and wait in Lobby Hotel at 07:30 while the real tour is at 12:30. It took max 2 hrs to drive to Ha Long bay port. It took time to arrive there due to the tour was including stopping at nearby shops which we assume will give commissions for every purchase by tour participant.
The tour itself doesn't impress me much. Sea water in the area was not clear although i can not say DIRTY. There are too many ships too many people. The crowd everywhere.
It is once in a life time experience. We won't be back.
