Since February 2026, I had been in communication with the owner to organize my booking. My original reservation (made through a third party) was canceled the day I arrived. I reached out again, and the owner sent me a link to rebook directly, which I did.
On the day of my booking (Sunday the 12th at 3 PM), I followed the directions provided, but they led me to the wrong location. I called the business around 2:40 PM, and instead of assisting me, the woman who answered said, “Well, you should have followed Google Maps,” and then hung up on me.
As a paying customer, I was shocked by how rude and dismissive that response was.
I called back, hoping to resolve the issue, and instead of helping me get to the correct location, she told me she would reschedule me for the next day at 9 AM. I explained that I had a flight the next day, and she hung up on me again.
On my third call, I requested the correct location, which she finally sent via text—after my scheduled time had already passed. When I arrived, her attitude in person was just as unprofessional.
I do want to acknowledge the manager, Angerly, who did attempt to help and rectify the situation. However, the damage was already done.
What’s even more disappointing is that when I reached out to the owner afterward to share my experience, there was no apology and no accountability. That response made it clear why the customer service from staff is so poor—it reflects leadership.
This experience was disorganized, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will never book with this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.
