Poor facilities, Rude Marshalls and Slow Rounds

点评：Whilst this is a lovely golf course there are may issues with the management of the course and its facilities. I have just returned from Cyprus and was a party of 8 that booked the holiday in January this year. The group play courses every year, using the experience as a fun way to play golf as well as having coaching using the clubs facilities. Whilst the driving range has trackman, which is a big bonus, the mats you practice on were bare and showing the base of the mat. The starters and marshalls were just plain rude, On day one we were waiting to be called to the tee and were told by the marshall what an idiot one of his colleagues was, or words to that effect. Two of our bugges broke down on the 13 thole. On day two I had a buggy that was not working correctly, so took it back to the buggy park to replace it. A gentleman was happy to replace the buggy, whilst the marshall told me I was wrong and argued with me. Their attitude was the customer is wrong and we will make him look an idiot.
On both days we had been given tee times, at the full rate (not twilight rates) that were not possible to finish in proper light. On the 1st day we were hitting into the 18th green in darkness. On the second day both groups just got in before dark. Expect a 5 hour round and course marshalls that are on the course but appear to do nothing. The buggies tell you how many minute you are behind the pace of play, nothing you can do when you are waiting on every shot. On both days we were told that the course had over 170 people playing. Clearly they are more interested in taking the money rather than creating a great experience. Pure greed.

两天我们都被安排了全价（而非黄昏价）的开球时间，结果根本无法在光线充足的情况下完成比赛。第一天，我们摸黑打到了18号果岭。第二天，两组球员都勉强在天黑前打完了球。预计要打5个小时，球场工作人员虽然在场，但看起来却无所事事。球车会告诉你你比其他人慢了多少分钟，但当你每次击球都要等待时，你根本无能为力。两天我们都被告知球场有超过170人在打球。显然，他们更关心的是赚钱，而不是创造良好的体验。纯粹的贪婪。
