点评："Dear Safarica company, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding our tour in Lapland, which we booked through your company. We paid for a husky sled ride for four people (two adults and two children). Each sled costs 178 euros per person, and we paid 623 euros for the entire group. We were offered only one pair of sleds. When we raised the issue, we were rudely told that either we go as is, or we lose our payment. Later, they offered to seat our daughter on a separate sled, but since each sled costs 178 euros, this would total 356 euros. We absolutely did not want our daughter to ride with a stranger, as this was a tour where we expected safety and control. Although the team had six dogs, due to the positive temperature and poor conditions, they struggled to pull effectively. We ask you to review this situation, refund us the fair compensation, and provide clear explanations of your policies. Thank you for your attention; I look forward to your response."
