Screaming Kids Ruined Our Visit

点评：Warm welcome as always by the Australian manger, the counter staff were friendly but sadly the table staff had zero social skills and one even looked like she was made up for Halloween with red makeup around her eyes, a sulky face and zero communication.
Food was nice, not all to our taste, but warm enough and well presented. Coffee was tasty and was accompanied by shortbread which is a nice touch.
Again, sadly, we left early and didn’t browse the shop due to parents noisily playing with kids in the queue causing ear piercing screams which went unchecked by management.
Parents were actually lifting up 2 little girls, about 5 or 6 years old, holding them upside down and tickling them, whilst in the queue ! Unbelievable.
I don’t think we’ll be back. Management need to manage all situations.
