点评：We booked this as an “excursion” from “Hector” through Amstar at RIU Kukulcan. We felt completely misled as to what we actually experienced (Hector’s fault and another bad review for that!) The place is run down. It is NOTHING like the photos on the website. There is no restaurant, no snacks, no souvenir shop, not even any seats on the toilets in the women’s bathroom! Plus, we literally showed up as another group was leaving but were told we’d have to wait an hour (sorry!) before we could leave. So…we literally sat there for an hour waiting for our tour. Hot, nothing to do (you know-no snacks or gift shop!) Finally when we got to go, it was just meh. Our guide was ok but I think he made stuff up as he went. They made us wear helmets but then we took them off when we got into the first cave/water so like ??? Why? The snorkeling was like what you’d buy at the dollar store and is it ever cleaned? We elected not to take them. You couldn’t snorkel anyway with the life vests. Dumb. There was nothing underwater to see. Can’t take your own pics so of course they do that and try to sell you those too. Do NOT go to this place. Not worth your time or the price!
翻译：我们通过RIU Kukulcan酒店的Amstar旅行社，以“旅游团”的形式预订了这次活动。但实际体验却与预期大相径庭，我们完全被误导了（这都是Hector的错，他该收到差评！）。那个地方破旧不堪，跟网站上的照片完全不一样。那里没有餐厅，也没有零食出售，更没有纪念品商店；就连女厕里连个坐便器都没有！另外，我们到达时正好有一组游客正在离开，可工作人员却让我们等上一个小时（真不好意思！在我们能够离开之前，我们不得不乖乖坐在那里等了一个小时。天气很热，又无事可做（要知道，那里连零食或纪念品商店都没有！）。终于可以出发时，体验也也就那样吧。导游还算凑合，不过我觉得他很多内容都是临时编造的。他们让我们戴上头盔，但一进入第一个洞穴/水域我们就把头盔摘掉了，真是让人摸不着头脑——为什么呢？提供的潜水镜质量极差，就跟那种一元店卖的货色差不多，也不知道有没有清洗过。我们最后决定不用了。穿着救生衣根本没法浮潜，真蠢。水下也没什么可看的。你不能自己拍照，所以他们当然会拍照并试图把照片卖给你。千万别去这个地方，既不值得花时间，价钱也太贵了！
