点评:This place really feels like the heart beat of Canterbury. There is so much local produce on offer, my wife and I took a seat at the wine merchants for a glass whilst trying to decide what we wanted, which was most of what we saw. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We met the owner who was lovely and sat with us to tell us about the history of the Goods Shed and how it has stayed true to its local values. We went to the fishmonger at the far end and bought some large mussels, stopped for a cocktail at the Wild Goose opposite while the fish was being freshly prepared for us. Once sorted, we went all the way back to the other end to pick up a couple of sourdough loaves before grabbing a punnet of Kentish strawberries and cherries. We will definitely be back again to try the coffee and maybe have a snack from one of the numerous concessions on site. We could have stayed a few hours eating and drinking our way round, whilst chatting to stall holders and the other very friendly customers.
