点评:Had a reservation for the Apple picking with my niece and nephew. Woke up to rain so we didn’t go. Was plenty of open spots to book for a later time in the day (even though we were told they were full), so we thought.. “we’ve already paid, let’s just go later”. I emailed in and was told that was fine (we had to pay $10 instead of $5 at the door, no biggie). Before walking out the door with keys in hand, received another email saying we couldn’t come bc they were full. Very frustrating to say the least. Poor communication.
I think the worst part for me was not being able to speak with someone on the phone and having to go back and forth with a bunch of time-consuming emails. No one picked up when I called.
After speaking with a few friends, was told that the people that run this place are dirty. Lesson learned.
