Hawaiian Falls Roanoke的点评
点评：It’s not so bad as far as lines and waiting in general, the issue is happening to me and some family we were denied riding on a green slide designed up to three riders. We seen about Five and even EIGHT on a slide? The eight was a adult man and a bunch of kids. There is a weight limit I understand and on our turn for the green slide, the staff was a male and he smirked like it was funny saying we were overweight and made us go back down the stairs. It’s funny another staff was a female, three dudes, two very tall and a bit heavier than us got to go on? There is a light indicating if we are too heavy and it is easy to see from the orange and yellow slides. That light was RED (overweight!) not GREEN! The staff woman let those three guys go on?? Sorry, but for a family of four pack, this is bull. MORE than three people rode that green slide, why were we denied? Also the wave pool, the life guard blew his whistle at us, for splashing a small wave of water on each other? WHAT? They really make their own rules as they go 🗿. Please PLEASE, reconsider going. They are VERY picky. I had no idea about this, but if you are riding a slide with two seater float, you have to go with another person (I had no idea and wanted to let people know).
Honestly, with limits and restrictions were we go, not worth it in my opinion. That’s probably why lines are so long because they are denying people and being specific about who may go on. Be careful of this place.
Another thing to mention, they are quick to embarrass you if you do something wrong or make snarky comments: specifically the dude who told us to go back down on the green slide; we unfortunately met him on another slide and mumbled something about “Thank God, this makes it easier” whenever he asked what slide we went on. Don’t think this is a place to go.
Coolers about 20 dollars and lockers is an additional 20. Honestly there are better waterparks. This place makes rules as they go.
