A Most Memorable Fun Excursion for Our Grandson!
Eagle Cap Excursion Train的点评
点评：My husband and I took our 5 yr old grandson on the Outlaws Train Robbery excursion. It was very well-organized from our ticket purchase, departure from Elgin, through the robbery and great lunch, to the return back to the station.
The host volunteers on board were friendly and the “outlaws” were authentic in dress and actions. We had coached our grandson that this would be “pretend” but he still was wide-eyed awestruck when the “bad guys” boarded the train.
He was enthused for the whole 4 hours, much of the time we spent in the open-air baggage car where he could move about and look out either side of the train. The train does not speed so there’s time to point out wildlife along the river, high rock formations, and “spooky” white debarked trees on hillsides.
It was a lovely day for all three of us and we highly recommend this excursion for families with children. A treat for a grandchild was also a wonderful, memorable day for his grandparents!
