Very Expensive.
RSPB Saltholme的点评
点评：We have visited Saltholme a number of times over the years and it is certainly an extensive area and the conservation objectives are to be applauded however it has become very expensive. Visiting for an afternoon with two young grandchildren cost me £40 for adult admissions and food and drink. The cafe prices are exorbitant and service mediocre. During a quiet period a simple order for two coffees was not done properly because the server was busy chatting to her colleague.
The guy who greeted us at reception was excellent and really helpful and everywhere is clean and tidy although more litter bins around the site might be helpful. The playground is really good and the new climbing structure impressive although there is an opening opposite the slide ( a climb frame? ) where any child on the walkway could fall out.
Certainly a great place for anyone interested in wildlife, open spaces and the countryside with lots of viewing/sitting places but beware the cost.
