Worth the private car limited seating upgrade

点评：We booked for 6 the 99 (private car) for our Western themed dinner train. It was only $10 more per ticket and well worth it. It started by checking in at the main depot. Then, we got in a “chow” line for BBQ meal prior to boarding. We then ate at a private dinner table that was in an air conditioned car. Food itself was ok 6/10. The staff were nice a prohibited other passengers from going through our car. Additionally, after we ate, we went further down the car where there is a private seating area. We were allowed to stand on outdoor platform if we want to too. Again, this area was air conditioned. We weren’t allowed to sit on beds but there were extra side seating. Now, it’s a 1900’s train so it is old. The car reminded us of being on a boat with its sway. There was only one bathroom in the public area. After seeing how crowded the other cars were, still happy about the upgrade as they were hot and loud as well. The staff checked on us often. At first, our drink orders were quite delayed as we were told the bar in public area was busy. However, our second round came promptly. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend taking the trip upgraded.
