Don’t count on having the seats that you picked at purchase.

点评：We purchased tickets for the bingo train two months ago. We had purchased tickets and picked our seats upon purchase. My husband and I were really looking forward to going. I had never been on a train before.
We arrived early. Just before boarding the train, It was announced that they were scratching assigned seats, and it was a free-for-all with seating.
Unfortunately, my husband and I were one of the last to get on board. Most seating was already taken, and the seats that we purchased two months ago were gone.
Due to other people being anxious about losing their assigned seating for tables of four, and It being a bit off putting having our assigned seat taken already, we decided to leave.
There was a woman staff member that followed us out and offered us the two remaining seats that were side-by-side. By this time, we were already over it.
We did request our money back seeing our signed seats were taken. Staff did not offer us the refund.
I would like to thank the woman who tried to help us into the last set of seats. She was very kind.
