点评：Ok so the store is what it is- a bit overpriced, touristy, etc. Museum is fun for little kids, but the highlight is the arcade area with unlimited playtime. Like I said, a bit overpriced but fun for what it is.
Customer service needs some work. I went with two of our kids who wanted to do both the museum and arcade. Our other child didn’t have an interest in the museum but wanted to do the arcade. So she went with my wife to pick out her birthday cake (yes, it is her birthday today), and then my wife was dropping her off to join us for the arcade.
She was dropped off at 4:15, and little did we know they stop selling tickets at 4:00. There is a sign in the front counter (not where you purchase tickets) with the policy, which we didn’t see. Even after explaining that my other two kids were inside and she was just joining us, they still wouldn’t sell us an arcade only ticket. I totally understood we’d only get 45 minutes, but that’s our loss, and another $15 for them.
Instead, I’m stuck standing in the gift shop with one child they won’t let inside, and two others inside and unsupervised. Pretty ridiculous that the staff couldn’t recognize the situation and bend the rules slightly. It’s not like we’d all walked in after the time. Three had already paid and were there, and just had one joining us.
Instead, all we got was “Sorry- that’s our policy”, except without a whole lot of sincerity on the sorry. And an offer that we could come back tomorrow. And probably pay for everyone all over again.
If you go, don’t expect much from the staff.

结果，他们只是敷衍地说了句“抱歉，这是我们的规定”，语气里毫无诚意。还说我们可以明天再来。但估计又要重新付一遍钱。
如果你要去的话，千万别对工作人员抱太大期望。
