Vrlo neugodno iskustvo s parkingom kod direktnog ulaza na Vrelo Bosne iz pravca M-17, a ne kod ulaza na Veliku aleju i fijakere.
Kada smo stigli i parkirali automobil, osobe koje su djelovale kao organizatori parkinga nisu nam se obratile, nisu objasnile cijenu niti nam pokazale cjenovnik. Nakon šetnje, kada smo se vratili, sjeli u automobil i spremali se krenuti, jedan od tih muškaraca prišao je direktno vratima vozila i vrlo nepristojnim, nametljivim i zastrašujućim nastupom zatražio 6 KM u gotovini. Njegov način ophođenja ostavio je utisak kao da pokušavamo pobjeći bez plaćanja, iako nam pri dolasku niko nije rekao ni riječ.
Nemam nikakav problem platiti legitimnu naknadu za parking. Problem je način naplate: posjetiocima treba jasno pokazati cijenu parkinga, ko je ovlašten da je naplaćuje i postupati prema njima s osnovnim poštovanjem.
Na službenoj tabli pored ulaza iznos od 6 KM označen je kao ULAZNICA za odraslog stranog posjetioca; na toj tabli nije navedena cijena parkinga.
Molim upravu Vrela Bosne i nadležne organe da provjere ko je ovlašten za naplatu ovog parkinga, koji je važeći cjenovnik i način naplate, te ponašanje osoba koje tamo naplaćuju parking.
Priroda je prekrasna. Ovakvo iskustvo s parkingom, međutim, nije prihvatljivo za turističko mjesto ovog značaja.

Very unpleasant parking experience at the direct Vrelo Bosne entrance approached from the M-17, not the Velika Aleja / horse-carriage entrance.
When we arrived and parked, the people who appeared to be managing the parking did not approach us, explain the fee or show us any parking price list. After our walk, when we returned, got into the car and were preparing to leave, one of these men came directly to the car door and demanded 6 KM in cash in a very rude, imposing and intimidating manner. His attitude made us feel as though we were trying to leave without paying, even though nobody had said a single word to us when we arrived.
I have absolutely no objection to paying a legitimate parking fee. The issue is how the fee is collected: visitors should be clearly informed of the parking price, who is authorized to collect it, and should be treated with basic respect.
The official sign beside the entrance lists 6 KM as the ENTRANCE FEE for a foreign adult visitor; that sign does not display a parking fee.
I ask the management of Vrelo Bosne and the competent authorities to verify who is authorized to collect parking fees at this location, what the valid tariff and collection procedure are, and the conduct of the people collecting money there.
The natural park itself is beautiful. This kind of parking experience, however, is unacceptable at a tourist attraction of this importance.
