Misbehaviour by security staff at kankaria lake

点评：Yesterday we visited Kankaria Lake with family. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the security staff.
We were carrying a selfie stick, and a security person along with two lady staff members stopped us and said that selfie sticks are not allowed. However, there was **no signboard or written rule anywhere mentioning this restriction**.
Instead of explaining the rule politely, the three staff members (1 male and 2 female security staff) **spoke very rudely and behaved unprofessionally**. They told us that if we did not follow what they said, we should **leave the place immediately**. This kind of behaviour toward visitors is not acceptable.
When I told them that I would discuss this issue with the office, only then did they calm down. But the way they treated us was very disrespectful.
If there is a new rule about selfie sticks, it should be **clearly displayed at the entrance or on signboards**, so visitors are informed beforehand. Security staff should also be **trained to communicate politely with the public**.
Kankaria Lake is a popular tourist place, and such behaviour from security staff creates a very negative experience for visitors.
I request the management to please:
• Clearly display all rules and restrictions at the entrance
• Train security staff to behave politely with visitors
• Take action regarding this incident so that other visitors do not face the same problem
