If there is a new rule about selfie sticks, it should be **clearly displayed at the entrance or on signboards**, so visitors are informed beforehand. Security staff should also be **trained to communicate politely with the public**.
Kankaria Lake is a popular tourist place, and such behaviour from security staff creates a very negative experience for visitors.

• Clearly display all rules and restrictions at the entrance
• Train security staff to behave politely with visitors
• Take action regarding this incident so that other visitors do not face the same problem
We came to enjoy our visit, but this incident really spoiled the experience.
