点评：I purchased 2 jumpers 1 child and 1 adult, once I had left the store and arrived home I realised the blonde sales assistant did NOT take the security tag off the adult jumper (which totally fine, accidents happen) .
I went back to the store to inform staff of the minor mistake that was made and only wanted the security tag to be taken off so I could co home abs enjoy my evening.
But that was far from what happened in store.
Once I informed staff of what had happened the original staff member who severed me was completely rude and stated it wasn’t “her fault” the tag was left on and it was the outlet that the store purchased from fault (staff I thought should be checking to make sure customers do not need to go back into the store to get staff to correct a mistake). This blonde staff member took no accountability for this mistake and offered no apology.
I 100% will not be shopping back there EVER AGAIN. Because of this incident I asked for a return because I refuse to spend money in a place where staff think speaking and acting rudely is ok.
I hope this does not happen to someone who may not be able to go back in store to get a simple security tag taken off.
