Poor response even before the trip
Sani Pass Tours的点评
点评：I reached out to Sani Pass Tours a few weeks ago to plan a trip to Lesotho.
Unfortunately, my inquiry was completely ignored. I decided to send a follow-up message, thinking perhaps the first one was overlooked, but again there was no reply.
What makes this even more disappointing is that their business hours are clearly stated as Open daily from 08:00 to 19:00.
Despite being listed as “open,” they do not bother to respond to customers.
This kind of behavior raises serious red flags. A professional tour company should value inquiries, since that is the first step in building trust with travelers.
If they cannot be bothered to respond before any booking is made, I can only imagine the kind of frustration or financial risk one might face after making a deposit or payment.
To fellow travelers, I would strongly advise extreme caution. Based on my experience, Sani Pass Tours does not demonstrate the professionalism or reliability expected of a legitimate operator. There are many other tour companies who communicate promptly and take customer service seriously. For your peace of mind, it is better to avoid this company and choose a more trustworthy and responsive travel agent.
