Dirty, Neglected and Unsafe — Extremely Disappointing

点评：One of the most disappointing experiences I have had in Sarajevo.
The entire place feels neglected and poorly maintained. The indoor areas are visibly dirty and run-down, and I was shocked to see a cockroach on the wall in the indoor dining area. That is simply unacceptable for a place serving food.
The water slides are another serious problem. They appear to have been poorly maintained for years, and some of the slides can actually hurt your back while going down because the surfaces have not been properly repaired.
What is even more concerning is the lack of control on the slides. There were people repeatedly going down without any proper supervision or regard for other visitors, creating a real risk of children or other guests being injured. The security staff seemed completely uninterested and did nothing to address the situation.
Unfortunately, the staff were also among the least friendly and least helpful I have encountered. There was very little sense that anyone was actually concerned about cleanliness, maintenance or the safety of visitors.
I would not recommend this place, especially for families with children. The facility desperately needs proper cleaning, maintenance and, above all, much better safety supervision.
