Good, but more traffic and hills than expected

点评：Our group of 13 cyclists from Vermont did the 5 day tour through Great Canadian Tours who connected us to Equinox Tours as our on the ground operator. We had a weather forecast of rain everyday but the majority of the time we found windows of opportunity.
Like most reviewers, we very much enjoyed the beautiful dedicated trails. The 30% that was higher speed roads with many 18 wheelers, it was often a hunker down and get it over with moment. There’s roughly 3100-3800 ft of climbing which is clumped in certain portions, making 2 days more challenging. We didn’t see much of the lake for over half the ride, but the natural beauty was still lovely. We felt very welcomed and were happy we had a French speaker with us.
We had a good time but regret we didn’t plan it ourselves. Getting and finding lunch and dinner venues could be a challenge.
