Run Down, Unwelcoming & Not Worth the Visit

点评：Incredibly disappointing experience. I’ve been coming here on and off for the past 10 years with my nieces and nephews, and it’s disheartening to see how run down it has become.
The place felt unwelcoming and unclean, the opposite of what you’d hope for in a softplay. Unfortunately, the atmosphere wasn’t helped by the staff member on duty, who came across as unfriendly and repeatedly reminded us to leave while we were still packing up, despite there only being one family waiting to come in. We were a group with four one-year-old babies, so a bit of understanding would have gone a long way.
The food offering was another major letdown. There are signs telling you not to bring your own food, yet the options available were extremely limited — just a few bars and crisps, plus some unappetising plastic wrapped. I even asked about toast that was advertised, only to be told they wouldn’t have bread until the next day.
Overall, a very disappointing visit. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it in its current state and won’t be returning unless there are significant improvements.
