点评：A beautiful location serving great breakfasts in what previously perhaps was a wine cellar are included in the nightly rate.
“Chiara”, the lovely lady who works the breakfast area was so pleasant!
Wine & olive oil at San Donato are great! The special lunches we enjoyed were excellent. Wine & vino santo with biscotti were included.
We have stayed at this property before & last time really liked our room. This time we were told we’d been given an upgrade. Frankly, we were not impressed with the accommodation this time. We found it dark & although it was on the second floor, we felt like it was in a basement!
The floor in our room wasn’t clean. Wearing just sox not a good idea! Taking care of our garbage was our own responsibility . Towels & Sheets were not changed during our 4 night stay.
There are lots of bus tours that visit San Donato & most have a lunch or dinner there.
Cooking classes are offered as well which I’m told are excellent.
The owners, Federika & Umberto were very pleasant & helpful. An employee named “Ricardo” was also extremely kind.
