点评：This is not the normal shopping review. We have been going to Kay’s since 2001. In those days they sold t shirts along with jewelry. My wife and I have bought rings, bracelets, necklaces and watches. All of our jewelry has been appraised by an independent appraiser for more than I paid for it.
They treat each customer like family. This time it was just me, my wife stayed back on the ship. I went in to say hi to old friends and that was exactly the way I was treated. We know most of the sales people and they came up to say hi, give me a hug or handshake. The owner Raj was there and we talked for a while. He knew I was just there to say hi, and he did not try to sell me a thing. Our salesman Bob that we have been dealing with did the same.
This is the type business, I want to shop at. They treat you with respect, not like a dollar sign. 5 of 5 is not enough, they are a 10.
