Excellent Lap of Lights, worth every penny!

点评：Having booked this as a surprise for my husband and teenage son, I then read some of the negative reviews and worried I'd wasted my money. Couldn't have been more wrong, they absolutely loved it!
As F1 fans, the opportunity to actually drive the race track was enough in itself, let alone all the other stuff too! Yes the track is dark in places, but it's 3.6 miles long - do people really expect it to have Xmas themed lights all the way round?! The 10 light installations at strategic points on the track (ie Copse, Maggotts and Hangar straight) were excellent and very varied.
Everyone drove sensibly with no traffic jams, just a steady drive round with time to look at everything, taking about 35 mins. Lots of marshalls/elves at the start were interacting with everyone as they queued up, waving and being cheerful.
The selection of food was excellent; yes it wasn't cheap but it was no more expensive than the likes of Blenheim Palace, Waddesdon etc. And the staff were all very friendly. My son loved the ice skating, it was a huge rink in the garages, again any F1 fan would love to say they've been in the actual garages!
With 5 race cars to look at in the pits, a podium for photos and merch stands, it completed a very enjoyable evening doing something totally different. I don't really get all the negativity in the reviews! We paid £75, but if you divide that up between 3 or 4 people in the car, it's way cheaper than some places such as Blenheim, and the skating was cheaper than our local town rink. We will definitely book again next year!

维修站里停着5辆赛车，还有拍照台和周边商品摊位，这让我们度过了一个非常愉快的夜晚，体验了完全不同的活动。我不太明白评论里那些负面评价是怎么回事！我们花了75英镑，但如果车里3、4个人分摊的话，比布伦海姆宫之类的景点便宜多了，而且滑冰的价格也比我们镇上的溜冰场便宜。明年我们肯定还会再来！
