点评:A working mill, almost like a working museum. We just wandered in because it was raining a bit and the place looked interesting. We stayed for an hour. We got there at about 10.45 which is a good time as they switched on the mill wheel and grindstones to actually do some milling at 11am. The whole process, from the flour coming in and the water turning the mill wheel to flour coming out was explained to us by very knowledgeable volunteers who explained things in plain language so we learnt so much. Donations were suggested, but not in a pressured way. Various flour milled here is on sale too. The place is on 3 levels with stairs so not available for wheelchairs or others with mobility issues. However folk with mobility issues can access the ground floor area and the volunteers would do their best to show you as much as they can and explain everything. The only possible negative was that the volunteers are so enthusiastic it was a bit tricky getting away!
I would certainly recommend this place. Have a tour, learn how mills used to work.

我强烈推荐这个地方。去参观一下,了解一下磨坊是如何运作的。
