点评：After my previous (and so far only) trip to the UK, I kept seeing photos of the view of the viaduct from the castle on social media. It looked gorgeous, and a visit went to the top of my wishlist for another trip. Well we made it. Spring is a gorgeous time to visit. The flowers and trees are in bloom, the weather is perfect. There’s quite a steep but short hike to the castle. There was some parking there, but I don’t know how long you could have stayed there to do other sightseeing. We parked at a short term lot down by the car bridge. The castle itself is a ruin that it didn’t seem you could go in. The courtyard area around it buzzed with people. There’s a museum somewhere that we wanted to go into, but we couldn’t find an entrance or signs so that was disappointing. But the view of the viaduct is first class.
