Disappointing Experience at the Rooftop

点评：Having visited the Rooftops several times in the past, I was looking forward to returning after a few years away. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations.
The food service was particularly underwhelming. When it was finally available, the food was served cold and lacked even basic offerings that one would typically expect — for example, there was no way to customize a classic Chicago-style hot dog. There was no cookie selection, which I used to speak highly of. Additionally, the setup of the serving area felt more like a temporary picnic arrangement than a permanent, well-managed hospitality space.
The beverage options were equally disappointing. Alcoholic offerings were limited strictly to canned beverages, with no availability of basic spirits such as vodka, rum, or whiskey. While I wasn’t expecting a full bar, I did expect at least a minimal variety of mixed drink options. Furthermore, all beverage options contained carbonation, which may not suit all guests.
The Rooftops were once considered a unique and luxurious way to experience a game — a blend of comfort, exclusivity, and elevated service. That atmosphere appears to have been replaced by something far less refined, yet significantly more expensive. What was once a premium game-day experience now feels like an overpriced picnic with very little value added.
I hope to see meaningful improvements in the future that restore the Rooftops to the level of quality and service they were once known for.
