Disappointing, Lazy staff

点评：Pretty disappointing every time we have been. Several things closed that the kids couldn’t use.
My kids love the “wipe out” but every time it’s closed with no staff willing to open it. Today the kid at the desk was too busy on his phone and told the kids no to opening it. When the adult in our group asked a different guy did open it for 5, yes a whole 5 minutes.
The swing and zip line require an attendant. Today it was Abby who told the kids no. She begrudgingly allowed them to use it for two swings each after an adult asked. Then told the kids it was their last time and went back to scrolling her phone. When an adult asked for them to use it one more time before departure she snarked “she already told them they had their last turn”.
Not sure we will be back with the last two visits we’re less than desirable. The restrooms were not tidy and needed attention. The floor and bench were covered in sticky stuff even at the opening of the day.
