Serious customer service issues!
Hot Lake Springs Resort - Hot Springs & Wellness的点评
点评：Staying at the RV park which is owned by the resort and is fine but a little pricey. Went to the resort to meet friends staying there and were shaken down for a $29 day use pass at 5pm! We just wanted to say hello and not use the pool. No dice! The girl at the front desk was adamant with a very unfriendly attitude even when we told her we were staying next door! No reciprocal privileges!!! What a rip. It gets worse…
We all decided to eat at the restaurant and were met with a decidedly unhappy guy who should have been pumping gas instead of running a restaurant. He got all pissed when we wanted to put two tables together but finally relented after telling us we had to move them back when we were done. Dinner selections were very limited and he took our orders by pointing his finger at each of us saying “you” then delivered wads of napkins by literally throwing them on our table! The food was marginal at best which we kinda expected at this point. I think the new owners of this place are trying hard but need help with better staff or at least some good hospitality training! This place seems like a vintage gem when you drive up but we left feeling it’s got some serious flaws.
