点评：Popped in late for a tasting and overall I would say that the lady who served us was friendly and knowledgeable. The wines themselves were all award winning. The wine flight was well laid out and informative.
From my perspective I thought the wines were not quite what I would drink. In fairness and to be clear the wines have distinct flavours and positions in the market. The Bacchus has a range of flavours that are distinct but light and I would say not as punchy as other Bacchus wines I have tried from the uk. We were told how well it stacks up to others but I really like a punchy Bacchus and this wasn’t. I think this is a light wine maybe chilled for an afternoon tipple.
The coastal dry was my favourite as u could really get the mineraly flavours and the grapefruit but struggled to detect melon. This would stand up to food very well.
The Sunset Pink was not really my bag, I could taste the strawberry and redcurrant but thought the tartness of the redcurrant was a bit over powering. I wouldn’t have again but this is personal preference rather than a comment on the quality of the wine.
The Jurrasic Red I thought was a bit underpowered again this is personal taste but it felt light to me and maybe the deep colour made me expect a medium to full bodied red, and maybe I was expecting deep barrel aged depth but instead this felt light almost like an unoaked french pinot or a Beaujolais (albeit without the Gamay). On reflection maybe the Rondo grape which is common to both may not be for me.
That said I would recommend the tasting and sitting overlooking a small acreage of grapes that produces 7k bottle of wine is amazing. I hope the business continues to thrive as these gems are exactly what we should be looking for in the UK.

至于“侏罗纪红”，我觉得它的酒体稍显单薄。这也纯属个人口味偏好——对我来说它显得有点清淡；或许是因为其深红色的外表让我期待能喝到一款酒体中等至丰满的红酒吧。或许我原本期待的是那种经过长时间桶陈后产生的浓郁风味，但实际上这款酒口感很清淡，几乎就像一款未经橡木桶陈酿的法国黑皮诺或博若莱红酒（虽然不含佳美葡萄）。仔细想想，两种酒都含有的龙多葡萄或许并不合我的口味。
不过，我还是强烈推荐大家去品酒。坐在那里俯瞰着那片能产出7000瓶葡萄酒的葡萄园，体验实在美妙至极。希望这家酒庄能继续兴旺发展，因为这样的优质酒品正是我们在英国理应寻觅的。
