点评：Escadaria Selarón - arrived early in the morning before 7am, which turned out to be a great decision as there were very few crowds. This made it much easier to enjoy the surroundings and take photos at a relaxed pace. I walked the steps four times in total, which gave me plenty of opportunities to appreciate the views and capture some great pictures, especially from different angles around the steps.
I also stopped to get something to eat locally in the area, which added to the overall experience. By mid afternoon, the area became very busy and there was a queue forming for the main photo spot, so visiting early is definitely recommended. Overall, a very positive experience with great photo opportunities and a lively atmosphere later in the day.
The overall area is a bit rundown with some interesting characters SO BE VERY CAREFUL. I walked to the top of the stairs, and beyond alone and was dangerous in hindsight. There was a Police spot about 10 mins from the steep hill.
