点评：This event was very poorly organized. The designated parking lots only had one school bus running every 15-20 minutes to and from the event resulting in a 2-3 wait just to board the shuttle.
After arrival, it became clear that the only way to purchase food or drink was to buy tickets. With only one table selling tickets, that was another 30 minutes in line just to earn the privilege of buying $8 hot dogs (from another long line).
The event was organized as a "balloon race" which never happened doe to the wind. The organizers attempted to launch one balloon and the wind pushed it dangerously towards the ground while surrounded by small children. It seemed there were no safety precautions in place Really dangerous and lucky no one was injured.
When it became clear that balloons in the sky were unlikely, hundreds of people started to head out only to face chaos as there were no clearly marked areas showing which bus was headed to which parking lot. I ended up jogging back to the lot where we parked to retrieve the car, but many retired age people and those with small children did t have the option and we're likely caught in line again for hours.
Shame on the organizer of this event for their lack of planning and transparency. The event has been going on for years, and still such a mess. It is understandable of the weather prevented being able to launch balloons, but the rest of the experience was horrible.
