Nope will never go back. zero and I mean zero customer service

点评：Don't waste your money here, they do not appreciate their customers. Was in Door County and saw this was family run and local, both of which I always try to support. Walked in on a Sunday very few customers in the store when our group of four arrived. Upon entry, the older gentleman and the female clerk to his left never even smiled or greeted us. I browed and said "wow beautiful market, so much to choose from"...Nothing, zero response. Later I asked if they carried Antipasto, one word answer "NO".
I approached the man and other clerk to check out, put my small plastic handbasket on the counter and unloaded my items. I had almost $70.00 worth of jams, salad dressings, sauerkraut, cheese spreads etc...the crabby man at the register, ran my card, asked if I need a bag for my cheese spread as it didn't fit in the paper bag with the rest, I nicely answered "yes, please because if I dropped this in the parking lot before I got to eat it I would be so sad"....he begrudgingly gave me a bag for this purchase. No thank you. Have a nice day. Just shoved my items toward me and started checking out the next person.
Now that I am paid, I proceed to walk away with my $70.00 worth of goodies purchased with zero assistance from him or the gal in less than 10 minutes time, along with two others in my group that spent the same in that short amount of time. I stepped outside the door and had another customer walk up and tell me that the hand basket I had left on his store counter, he literally picked up and Threwww behind him, and it landing on the wall behind him in a huff, all in front of all the other customers in line.
Well if me asking for a second bag because he couldn't fit it all in one bag, and me as a customer leaving the basket on the counter warrants throwing items and not saying 'thanks for stopping' or anything for that matter, well I guess that tells me "do not go back and support this small family owned , local business". Do not "spread the word about his product or his shop".
Grumpy man and his coworker that don't even leave their rolling chairs from behind the counter to greet, assist customers to find products must not want or need them. I can and will find friendlier places to spend my hard earned money on my next visit to Door County.

现在我付完款了，在不到10分钟的时间里，我带着用70美元买来的商品离开了——整个过程他以及旁边的女店员都没提供任何帮助。和我一起的另外两个人也在这么短的时间内花掉了同样的金额。我走出门后，又有一位顾客走过来告诉我：我留在他店内柜台上的手提篮，他竟然直接捡起来然后甩到了身后，结果篮子气呼呼地砸在了他身后的墙上——而这一切都发生在其他排队的顾客面前。
嗯，就因为我请求多拿一个袋子，因为他没法把所有东西都装进一个袋子里，还因为我作为顾客把篮子留在了柜台上，这就足以成为他扔东西的理由了？他甚至都没说一句“谢谢您停下来帮忙”或者类似的话。嗯，我想这就是在告诉我：“千万别回去光顾这家由家庭经营的本地小店”。也别“宣传他的产品或他的店铺”。
那个脾气暴躁的老板和他的同事甚至都不离开柜台后的转椅来接待顾客、帮忙找商品，看来他们既不希望也不需要顾客光临吧。下次我去多尔县时，我肯定会选择更友善的店铺来花我辛苦赚来的钱。
