点评：Confirmed as 6pm start, WRONG!
Well, I will begin to tell you why. We registered for the cycling and received our confirmation email. The confirmation stated that the cycling is available from 6 pm.
We arrived at the track before 5 pm and spoke to a couple who were from either France or Belgium who could not believe that everything was so quiet with just one hour to go. I too, couldn’t believe that it was so quiet. I was with my husband and he has been here on many occasions, but it was the first time I was braving the cycling, unfortunately this was not to be. The advertised time of 6 pm was incorrect (emailed to me) and due to Ramadan this did not start until 7 pm.
For my journey to and from Yas circuit and driving around the area within the Yas F1 area it was spectacular. The car parking area was beautiful, the views that you have when you are arriving is spectacular. The gardens are beautiful, it’s preened and green and lovely, but it was such a shame that we were made to wait!
I was not prepared to wait two hours in the heat for something that was advertised as starting one hour earlier!
In the world that we live in today and with the means and methods of communication there is no excuse for ill informing your clients of changes to start times due to Ramadan.
