Thieves - rather book with service providers directly
Mauritius Attractions Day Tours的点评
点评：I had a last minute trip to Mayritius and really wanted to do the Undersea Waterfall. Upon enquiry all service providers appeared to be fully booked so I reached out to Mauritius attractions for assistance.
They had the "last seat" available on the helicopter tour to see the underwater falls in Le Morne on for the 21 April 2026. The booking was done on 02 April 2026. About 2hrs later (on 2 April), I had an itinerary change which forced me to cancel this booking. I was informed it would be a 35% penalty as the tour was in just over 14 days despite having just booked the tour. However, this was their policy so I had no issue with the cancellation fee.
It is now over a month later and they are still giving me the runaround with the balance of my refund.
They are extremely dodgy in their responses and definitely not to be trusted. Rather check and book directly with the service providers for your tours - you will get a better experience with better value for money.
