点评：I was referred to Normandy D-Day Tours by a friend who had previously used the company, and it exceeded every expectation. My husband, a WWII enthusiast, originally thought he could do the tour justice himself, but I knew having a knowledgeable local guide would make the experience even more meaningful—and it truly did.
William’s deep connection to the area allowed him to take us to unmarked locations, share rich historical context, and thoughtfully answer all of our questions. My husband was especially grateful we chose this experience, as it added a depth we never could have achieved on our own. William also ensured we had restaurant reservations and even helped us navigate the menu, which was a wonderful touch.
Most importantly, my grandfather, who was killed in WWII, is buried there. William arranged our visit to his grave and went above and beyond by doing research to learn where my grandfather landed and what he was doing during the war. Spending the day honoring my grandfather’s memory was incredibly special—an experience my husband and our two sons will never forget.
