点评：We had the most incredible nine day safari and extension to Zanzibar with Roy Safaris.
The level of detail and care from the trip planning and booking with Susan in the U.S. to the warm greeting and preparations upon arrival made for a relaxed and easy start to a fantastic adventure.
Our guide, Emmanuel was knowledgeable, experienced, funny, caring and eagle eyed! He made sure we saw everything in all its abundance from the wildebeest migration to the flamingos. In every park in what appeared to be the middle of nowhere (!) he found the best spots unlike many who appeared to rely on walkie talkies or a convoy.
All of the tented camps and lodges where we stayed and selected by Roy’s were
wonderful, and the food and personal service at each were fantastic, and included a birthday surprise.
We learned so much - not just about animals, but Tanzanian history and culture from the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes that we visited as well as the history and society of
Tanzania.
We highly recommend Roy’s, and if you can ask for Emmanuel as your guide he’s sure to give you a truly memorable experience.
