Not very nice people not dog friendly
Leach Pottery的点评
点评：My wife and I were in Cornwall for our tenth anniversary and she wanted something from the leach pottery for as her anniversary present.
We checked that dogs were allowed welcome before we went.
On arriving a very sour faced woman did not even greet us say good afternoon but just went into one about the the dogs in a very unfriendly manor this made us feel not welcome and uncomfortable.
Despite this my wife had set her hart on getting something from the gallery so we proceeded in. When we entered the sakes area there was another woman in the room that instantly lit truly ran out ranting about being allergic to dogs. That was enough for me and I took my very small week behaved year old Cairn terrier out of the gallery and told them what I thought.
Needless to say we did not buy anything but my wife was upset and in tears.
We both work in retail and this is NOT the way to tear people.
I email tbd pottery and relayed my experience and got no apology so they don’t appear to care about customers.
