Won’t personally be returning due to strong smells.

点评：We came here about a year ago and wasn’t very impressed at all.
Prices were through the roof for food , snacks and drinks. Same price as Costa if not dearer for a coffee …
We thought this time around it would be better …. Staff weren’t helpful at all , don’t look like they want to be there , staff don’t even look like staff , because they’re all in their own clothes so can’t tell staff from visitors.
I went on the big twisty slide with my 2 year old son and my niece and I genuinely checked both their nappies at the bottom of the slide because the strong smell I thought surely it’s not the play area … it STANK as if there was a nappy left somewhere. Not just of a number 2 but strong urine smell also !
I went in a different area and my sister in law without conversation beforehand said she wanted to leave as the place smelt like urine … and she said in the ball pit which was behind the slide I could smell it by.
Coffees were absolutely stone cold , very well presented and the gent was lovely but the coffees I waited at the end for at least 15-20 minutes and a good 8 mins between each coffee.
If you’re a big family the prices aren’t very friendly … the prices to enter weren’t too bad but make sure to bring your own food and snacks.
I doubt we’ll be returning as this is the second time a year apart we’ve visited and left disappointed. I sanitised my son too to bottom when we left u just felt so dirty leaving there !

咖啡冰得像石头一样，摆盘倒是挺精致的，服务员也很和蔼，但我点的咖啡等了至少15-20分钟，而且每杯之间至少隔了8分钟。
如果你家人口多，价格就不太划算了……入场费倒是还可以接受，但最好自带食物和零食。
我们估计不会再来了，因为这是我们第二次来，两次都失望而归。离开的时候，我甚至还给儿子从屁股到脚都消毒了一遍，感觉离开那里之后特别脏！
