点评:Took the tour of the cave with my 14 year old. You get a cape to protect your cloths against water and dirt and we went all in with small hats and had a blast looking gnomes.
The tour was in German but we saw others, who had an audio tour but had not prepared it. The German tour was quite long in the beginning. Seemed like even the Germans were getting rest lest.
Still the tour was fun. Walking in very narrow and only 1,70 m tall shafts and stopping to see different caves with lakes and stalactites etc.
The grand finale was really amazing where they had lights and music and the landscape would change with the light and water would mirror the scene giving a nature theater play that rocked !!
We ended with lunch with good Thuringer bratwurst and pommels. There was also a fairy park and a museum but we just saw the cave.
