曼谷月亮酒吧的点评
点评：This is the worst rooftop bar I have ever visited in ASEAN. I have traveled to many countries across Southeast Asia, and this was by far the most disappointing and humiliating experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely unfriendly and seemed to judge us based on our clothes and skin color, even though we are Asians ourselves. It felt like we were treated differently from other customers.
There were 6 of us initially, and we all paid the entrance fee of 700 THB per person at the reception desk. About 20 minutes later, our other 2 friends arrived. They didn't know how to get to the rooftop, so we went downstairs to meet them and bring them up.
When we returned to the entrance, the same staff member who had already taken our payment stopped me and claimed that I could not enter unless I paid again. It had only been about 20 minutes, yet he either forgot that we had already paid or pretended not to remember. I had to ask my friends to bring the receipt to prove that we had already paid. It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional.
The poor service continued after we entered. Since there were 8 of us, we needed a larger table. I noticed a bigger table that was not marked as reserved, so I politely asked if we could move there. I called the staff 4 or 5 times, but not a single person responded. They simply ignored us.
What made the experience even worse was that I watched several Western customers arrive after us and they were allowed to choose whichever tables they wanted. Meanwhile, we were ignored and made to feel as though we didn't deserve the same treatment.
I don't usually write negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. It wasn't about the entrance fee or the seating—it was about the way we were treated. Every customer deserves respect, regardless of their nationality, appearance, or the color of their skin.
I cannot recommend this rooftop bar to anyone. There are many other rooftop bars in Bangkok with much better service, friendlier staff, and a more welcoming atmosphere.

我们入座后，服务依旧糟糕。由于我们有8个人，需要一张更大的桌子。我发现有一张较大的桌子并未被标记为“已预订”，于是礼貌地询问是否可以移到那里。我叫了四五次服务员，但根本没人回应。他们完全无视我们的存在。更糟糕的是，我看到有几个西方顾客在我们之后到达，他们可以随意挑选自己喜欢的座位。而我们则被完全忽视，感觉自己根本不配得到同样的待遇。
我通常不会写负面评价，但这次的经历实在让人无法接受。问题不在于入场费或座位安排，而在于我们受到的对待方式。无论国籍或外貌如何，每位顾客都理应得到尊重。或者他们的肤色如何。
我绝对不会向任何人推荐这家屋顶酒吧。曼谷还有很多其他的屋顶酒吧，它们拥有更优质的服务、更友善的工作人员以及更亲切的氛围。
