Abbeywood Gardens的点评
点评：From the moment we arrived at Abbeywood we were disappointed.
The car park looked neglected & in need of a gardener. In the entrance Abbeywood used to sell lovely things like homemade jams & plants from the garden. Now the entrance is bare.
The staff used to be lovely and very friendly however the new staff are not. We felt quite unwelcome. We ordered scones with clotted cream & jam. However the scone was stale and crumbly, the clotted cream could have been sliced rather than being sticky as it was so old & they no longer do their delicious homemade raspberry jam but instead serve a very sweet ordinary jam.
Then we went into the gardens. Again, it was so disappointing. Although it is registered as a RHS Partner garden & costs £7.50 to view the gardens, there really is very little to see. The view from the garden is lovely but the rest of the garden is not worth seeing. The walkways are dirty & covered with moss, the large flower pots are empty, the abundance of Autumn leaves are just lying about, the flowerbeds have many weeds & stinging nettles & the benches need TLC as they are flaking & splintering - don’t sit on them!
All in all what used to be a beautiful place to visit has been neglected. They have lost their lovely staff, their gardeners too from the looks of it & with so many other lovely places to visit then I can only say go somewhere else!
What a shame. What has happened? RHS gardens are worth visiting but this one is not. Life is too short! Other visitors were complaining about the food & also that it was not worth paying to see their gardens.
We always regard good customer service as a necessity but sadly Abbeywood is now failing with their lack of friendliness, the quality of their food & their unremarkable, sad neglected gardens.

真是太可惜了。到底发生了什么？皇家园艺学会的花园值得一游，但这个花园却不值得。人生苦短！其他游客也抱怨食物难吃，还说不值得花钱去看他们的花园。
我们一直认为优质的客户服务至关重要，但令人遗憾的是，艾比伍德花园如今却令人失望，服务态度冷漠，食物质量堪忧，花园也平庸无奇，荒废破败。
