点评：Visited for the Christmas Lights this year. It was quite pretty, some bits really lovely, but a lot of it was actually quite disappointing. The staff on check in were rude and combative. I hit back with smiles and kindness and eventually they lightened up, but it certainly wasn't a warm welcome. I had no email confirmation for my pass that I had bought the day before (25th) and was given a code by a lovely lady on the phone, I asked her if that's all I needed and she said it was. However it wasn't, I also needed ID. I asked for advice at the door on what they would take and was met back with attitude. I paid almost £70 for the two passes, guide and lights tickets and travelled an hour, so not best impressed. To be honest, the only polite staff I encountered that evening was in the Mediterranean biome cafe. The light experience is ok overall but a huge sensory overload, so be warned. Flashing lights, loud music and smoke machines. I also paid for a photo at the booth with my brother and the picture was never emailed to me. The pizza in the biome was nice.
