点评:I recently visited Clacton Pier after purchasing annual passes for my grandson and stepson.
On our first visit (a Monday), the rides weren’t open as they operate weekends, school holidays, and summer—which is completely understandable. However, what really stood out was the service. A lovely lady named Natasha took the time to help me set up our membership cards, take photos, and explain everything clearly. She was incredibly patient and kind, even helping me with tissues while my grandson had a little mishap with a salt sachet!
On a later visit the following weekend, my stepson unfortunately had an accident on the log ride and banged both his knees quite badly. Natasha was there again, along with Harry from first aid, and they were absolutely brilliant. They were calm, caring, and professional throughout—providing immediate help, arranging a wheelchair, and supporting us while his dad took him to A&E. Thankfully, it was just bruising.
The team also clearly explained the follow-up process, including ride checks and CCTV review, which was very reassuring.
