Mooiplaas Wine Estate的点评
点评：We stayed for 4 nights at Mooiplaas, in the Cape Dutch Manor house. The Manor house, is also a national monument, that dates back to 1806 and was lovingly restored to its former glory by the Roos family. Loved the décor and the magnificent four poster bed.
It is a traditional working wine estate, with tasting room and beautiful gardens.
The Owners Tielman and Janine Roos were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.
In 1995 Mooiplaas. established a Private Nature Reserve, dedicating 70 hectares to the conservation of endangered Fynbos species. Tielman, took us on a 3 hour tour of his very scenic wine farm and conservation area. He is extremely passionate about conservation and has a superb knowledge of fynbos. The view from the lookout is absolutely stunning, with a 360-degree views of Table Mountain, the Cape Peninsula, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Table Bay and False Bay.
