New York State Zoo at Thompson Park的点评
点评：We had an absolutely amazing experience at Zoo New York for our end-of-the-year trip with 42 participants and staff from our Religious Education for People with Disabilities program.
The guided tour was wonderful, engaging, and thoughtfully done. The animal encounters were a huge highlight for our group — everyone loved them! You can truly see how well cared for and loved the animals are.
The lunch area they provided for us was perfect, and the entire day was organized so well from start to finish. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly accommodating, kind, patient, and welcoming to our participants with disabilities. They made everyone feel included and comfortable, which meant so much to us.
We are so grateful for such a memorable experience and highly recommend Zoo New York to any group, especially organizations serving individuals with disabilities. Thank you for helping make our day so special!
