Beautiful setting and a genuinely lovely farm experience, highly recommend!

点评：We visited Hazel Brow Farm during our stay at Hazel Brow House and it was such a lovely experience, especially great for families with young children. We happened to stay in April, so we were able to book onto the lamb feeding experience which was a real highlight of our trip!
The setting alone is worth the visit. The farm sits down in the valley with the River Swale running close by, and you’re completely surrounded by the most beautiful views. There’s also a child friendly nature trail set up if you want to extend your visit and make the most of the surrounding area.
The lamb feeding experience was so well organised and such a hands-on, memorable activity. Cath was really engaging, friendly and had time for everyone. We were also introduced to the goats, geese and alpacas, with food handed out so everyone could have a go at feeding them too. The chicks and ducklings were especially adorable.
My nephew (almost 3) absolutely loved it, and it was honestly just as enjoyable for the adults. Getting to hold and feed the lambs is something we’ll all remember.
You can really tell how much care goes into what they do here. It’s a down-to-earth, family-run farm and everything felt very genuine rather than overly commercial, which made it even nicer.
If you’re nearby in spring and visiting with children, I’d highly recommend booking the lamb feeding in advance as it’s clearly very popular. There also seem to be lots of other activities throughout the year, including alpaca trekking, which we didn’t try… but I can confirm the alpacas are very cute!

如果你春天带着孩子在附近，我强烈建议你提前预订喂羊羔的活动，因为这项活动非常受欢迎。农场全年似乎还有很多其他活动，比如羊驼徒步，我们这次没体验……但我可以肯定地说，羊驼真的非常可爱！
