Absolutely disgusting behaviour from some staff, refused a refund for their mistake and aggressive towards a 7 yr old.

点评：Staff are HORRIBLE. They sold us a ticket WITHOUT telling us that pregnant women cannot enter. Had we been informed beforehand we would have made an informed choice about going in.
When my SIL was refused entry we tried to get a refund. That's when the guy behind the counter talked to me like I was stupid. He kept repeating that they DO NOT give refunds and that he told us about the rule beforehand. This is completely false! When I told him he hadn't and that we have consumer rights and that he had sold us a ticket for an attraction that we cannot use so that ticket should be refunded he just kept repeating that he had told us. He told me his boss would say the same thing if he called him.
Malaysia, sort yourself out, customers are being refused their legal rights!
I was lucky because there were 3 young ladies and we asked them to use our ticket instead of paying them directly. They got a discounted ticket from us and we managed to get some money back.
Then my 7 year old daughter had boots thrown across the bar towards her when I had asked her to ask for the next size up.
The sizes are about 2 sizes smaller so she had to go back 2 times. I watched and the second time she asked the young lady, she showed anger towards my daughter and threw the boots down towards her. I was horrified! Why on earth would you dare treat a little girl like that. I jumped up and went across to her and she denied it.
Yes, you can have fun inside but honestly if you go in you will soon realised that it is overpriced, everything needs updating, the best part of it is the big snow area as you leave.

然后，当我让7岁的女儿去要大一号的靴子时，有人竟然把靴子扔过吧台朝她扔过来。
尺码偏小两号，所以她不得不跑了两趟。我亲眼目睹，第二次她去问那个年轻女店员时，她竟然对我女儿发火，把靴子扔了过来。我当时简直惊呆了！怎么能这样对待一个小女孩？我立刻跳起来走到她跟前，她矢口否认。
没错，里面确实挺好玩的，但说实话，你进去之后很快就会发现价格过高，所有东西都需要翻新，唯一值得一提的就是出口处的大片雪地。
