点评：I’m a big fan of Sprecher’s sodas! The Sprecher Brewery tour that I discovered on YouTube was a lot of fun! This was my first time learning about Sprecher Brewing and I was very impressed. I’ve seen on a lot of brewery tours while YouTube traveling, and this one absolutely takes the crown. Very informative tour. I had a blast! I love this place!!! I first became familiar with them because of their root beer that I purchased from the Dollar Tree. Sprecher's Root Beer beats any other root beer brand hands down. My favorite root-beer go to soda at the Dollar Tree and still to this day. The Sprecher Brewery etour was a lot of fun. I learned a lot about the Sprecher Brewing Company, how the company makes beer as well as soda. Sprecher sodas are known for their bold, deep flavors. Nothing says summer like a Sprecher Root Beer float! Sprecher Cream Soda is perfect for Harry Potter movie marathon too! I grew up on Root Beer Floats and I still love them to this day. They remind of summer days and childhood. Ever since I read summer read the first chapter of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer Stone, I have been hooked. If you want a refreshing and fun drink to cool you down this summer with Harry Potter, then you have to make these! I've never been able to try and recreate Butterbeer. Until this past week when I had discovered this fine fire brewed craft Cream Soda! I made this easy recipe for a delicious Amber Ale Float features a frosty mug of ButterBeer mingled with scoops of creamy Brown Butter ice cream. The best ButterBeer Float is this one because you can make it at home in less than 5 minutes! This simple 2 Ingredient recipe, has all the goodness of ButterBeer, paired with creamy premium Irish ice cream. I'm sure Harry, Ron and Hermione would approved! Place two scoops Emerald Brown Butter ice cream in each glass. Fill each glass with Cream soda. Serve and enjoy! What a gorgeous head it has. Mixed it around a bit after the ice cream floated up to the top to get that pretty uniform throughout the float. If you wanted to make an awesome adult beverage for 21 above wizards, witches, mages or muggles, I would add a shot of either Butterscotch Schnapps, or your favourite vanilla rum before adding the ice cream. Enjoy and please drink responsibly. I would highly recommend if you are in the Milwaukee area and are interested in a family friendly brewery.
