Certainly not a spa I would return to
Auchrannie Leisure Centre的点评
点评：We were a group of friends staying in a lodge and we were looking forward to a couple of hours using the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We assumed as this area is advertised in ALL literature and media as a spa area, it would be peaceful and calm. We were also aware there are two pools in the resort therefore a “spa” area would be respected by guests and the resort. We couldn’t have been more wrong.
- children screaming and splashing in the pool with noodles and diving around the entire pool area watched by parents/guardians and staff
- toddlers with parents/guardians in the jacuzzi. Unacceptable
- no designated swim lanes for people wanting some exercise. Couldn’t even get halfway across without being bumped into, or realising a child was crawling along the bottom of the pool so safety was a concern. A concern of guests, not the establishment.
- apparently it’s adults only at 8pm. Seriously, adult guests are normally having dinner at that time.
Can I be crystal clear that 3 grandmother’s were in our group so completely understand the need to keep kids amused. But as there are 2 pools in auchrannie why is there no clear guidelines for behaviour in an alleged relaxation area, and why no consideration of guests paying a lot of money for a relaxing break. The noise level was ridiculous.
